Warranty for All Online Painting Program Courses on HK3-Art

 

Limited Warranty

HK3-Art warrants that its online painting program courses will function as described in the course. This warranty is valid for 2 (Two) year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.

Coverage

This warranty covers:

System Breakdowns: Issues caused by system failures or outages beyond HK3-Art's control.

Website Owner Account Errors: Errors or mistakes made by HK3-Art in managing your account or the course.

 

This warranty does not cover:

Learner Errors: Errors or mistakes made by the learner in accessing or using the course.

Unauthorized Access: Unauthorized access to the course.

User False or Logout: If you intentionally log out of the course or provide false information, the warranty may be voided.

 

Remedies

If the course do not function as described and the issue is covered by the warranty, HK3-Art will make reasonable efforts to correct the problem or provide a suitable alternative.
