ယခုဘလော့ဂ်မှာ Zoom Application ကို အသုံးပြုပြီး ပန်းချီသင်တန်းတက်ရောက်နည်း အဆင့်ဆင့် နှင့် သင်တန်းတက်ရောက်မည့်သင်တန်းသား/သူတစ်ဦးချင်း အတန်းမတက်မီနှင့် အတန်းတက်နေစဉ်အတွင်း Zoom Meeting အဆင်ပြေပြေအသုံးပြုနိုင်ရန် အဆင့်ဆင့်ရှင်းပြပေးသွားမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

အဆင့် ၁ – Zoom ကိုဘယ်လိုဒေါင်းလုဒ်ဆွဲမလဲ?

ကွန်ပျူတာအတွက်

- Zoom ဝက်ဘ်ဆိုက်ကို ဤနေရာမှာနှိပ် ပြီး "Download" ကိုနှိပ်ပါ။

အဆင့် ၂ - လိုအပ်သော ခွင့်ပြုချက်များ (Permission)

Zoom App ကို မိမိဖုန်း (သို့) ကွန်ပြူတာမှာ ထည့်သွင်းပြီးပါက၊ Zoom သည် အောက်ဖော်ပြပါ ခွင့်ပြုချက်များကို တောင်းခံလေ့ရှိသည်။

Mic (မိုက်ခရိုဖုန်း) – သင်၏အသံကို မျှဝေရန်

ပေါ်လာသော ရွေးချယ်ရန်မှ OK (Allow) ကိုသာ နှိပ်ရမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။Don’t Allow (Deny) ကိုနှိပ်ပါက Zoom တွင် မိမိအသံကို မျှဝေနိုင်တော့ဘဲ စကားပြောခြင်း၊ ဆွေးနွေးခြင်းများ အထိအတွေ့ရှိစွာ ပြုလုပ်လို့မရနိုင်ပါ။ ထို့ပြင် Host(ဆရာ) မှသင်ကြားပို့ချသောအကြောင်းအရာများနှင့် ဆရာ့အသံလည်းကြားနိုင်မည်မဟုတ်ပေ။

Zoom မှ Meeting စတင်ချိန်၊ Schedule များကို သတိပေးရန် Notifications ခွင့်ပြုချက် လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။Allow ကိုနှိပ်မယ်ဆိုရင် Zoom မှ သင့်ကို အသိပေးချက်များဖြင့် Meeting ချိန်များလွတ်ခြင်း၊ မေ့လျော့ခြင်းများ ဖြစ်မည်မဟုတ်ပါ။Don’t Allow ကိုနှိပ်မယ်ဆိုရင် Meeting များမှ အချိန်မမှန်တက်ရောက်ခြင်း၊ သတိမမေ့ဖြစ်နိုင်ပါသည်။

အဆင့် ၃ - Zoom Meeting App ထဲတွင် Setting ချိန်ညှိခြင်း

1.Account Setting (အကောင့်အချက်အလက်များ ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း)

HK3-ART Zoom Account ကို ပြင်ဆင်ရန် Zoom အကောင့်အတွင်း Display Name, Profile Photo, Email ကိုပြင်နိုင်သည်။ အကောင့်တစ်ခုအနေဖြင့် မိမိအမည် -> Display Name(အတန်းတွင်ဖော်ပြမည့်နာမည်) သတ်မှတ်ထားပြီး အလုပ်အမျိုးအစားအား "Online Art Class" ဟုဖော်ပြထားသည်။
